What better way than using the well-known Life Wheel to take a “helicopter view” of what your life really looks like. This exercise provides an excellent visual to see how you’re doing in all areas of your life.
The example I’m sharing today is from a lovely young woman who shared with me her completed Life Wheel from my book - Colourful Self Improvement - 7 Key’s To A Happier Healthier Wealthier You! Amazed with the result, she also told me she shared the findings with her husband. He provided his own insight as to how she can make some adjustments to find more balance for herself and for them. She truly appreciated his thoughts, and encouragement. How amazing that they were able to discuss openly how to fill the gaps for a better quality of life together.
