• Soul loss can leave us feeling fragmented and disconnected – but this workshop offers a safe and supportive space to pull together the lost pieces of yourself.

• Join me in-person, or in small groups – wherever you feel most comfortable on your journey of self-discovery.

 

#2 MARI® - In-Person or On-Line Workshop

• Experience the transformative power of MARI®, a unique therapeutic art tool that provides a visual representation of your present life.

• In a one-to-one session with a trained practitioner, (that would be me) you'll create your own personal MARI® and explore the patterns and symbols that emerge.

• Whether you're struggling with trauma or seeking deeper self-awareness, MARI® offers a non-verbal outlet for self-expression and reflection.

• Now available online for individual sessions you can experience MARI® from the comfort of your own home.

• An Individual MARI® experience takes approx.1 hour and 30 minutes.
