Creative Art Therapy Communities
Have you ever thought of joining an online art therapy course/group? Online art therapy groups are popping up everywhere and I definitely want in on the action.
I recently decided April would be a great time to Spring clean my mind. So, I joined an intimate online community of creatives who will work through Susan Finchers Mandala Workbook. How exciting!! A new place to gather while social distancing and have meaningful conversations.
Mandala making has so many benefits. From self-exploration, healing, self-expression to reduce anxiety, improved attention or creative thinking making mandalas can be a beautiful personal reflection process.
If you are feeling anxious or lack focus, especially during this time of self isolation, then creating and exploring mandalas can be a wonderful tool for personal growth and spiritual enrichment.
Mandala making can be part of your story circle providing a place to create your journey to wholeness.
As you can tell, I’m very excited about this process. Something new is growing out of this for me.
I’ll be doing some one-on-one MARI sessions in the months ahead where I will coach you through developing a personal MARI mandala for whatever is emerging in your life. This offering is in the development stage right now – once it’s ready, I’ll let you all know.
