I’m a Certified Colour Life Coach™ and MARI® Practitioner.

I come to this work not from a textbook but from life. I know what it is to feel fragmented and to find your way back through art, music, and the quiet act of paying attention to yourself. I’ve been somewhere like that too. And I found my way back through community, art and creativity. That’s why I do this. And that’s why it works.

I don’t give you a 5-step plan. I help you uncover the clarity that already exists within you beneath the noise, the expectations, and the roles you’ve outgrown. I've waited what seems like a lifetime to feel whole again. That is what I want for you.
